bug- Cannot make any changes to the files in the python env. #678

Dear Jan, We have found that whenever we make any changes to the python file in the python environment, the changes are not saved. Please check and feedback. Regards Omnia

I will add a github integration, so you just have to point the link to the file on Github at the python environment, but I will do this bugfix first
