Improved the UI of the hololens app
Updated the code to version 1.1.0
Added some prefabs with scripts and a prefabs scene to test them

To reviewers; This pull request contains a lot scenes and unity related changes, so the file changes could be a mess, just need to review the C# script code and README. and verify that every thing is OK in Unity.
