Lens/muti scene change #2

Now, the HoloLens app can switch in different scenes, like the base scene, patient list scene and model display scene, *I added the star mark ( ) to the script related commits**, it will be more convient to review the code. The patient list exract the information from samplePatiets.josn, it based on the Niels's json file but I simplify it to test the app.

Looks good! I would just like confirmation from some team member (sorry, my own PC is a bit weird) that the project can be opened in Unity, no error messages, and the scene change feature works in game mode.
