Lens/patient list #3

Implemented the login PIN pad and Patient list, also made some changes to the scripts. Now, when you start the app, there will be a dialog to let you enter the PIN, currently, the PIN is hard-coded as 3825, you can select the patient in the list, and it will show the related holograms in the hologram list, the patient and holograms data is extract from json file (Same with UI part).

Hey @fanbomeng97 looks great. I added one comment. Also either myself or another member should please confirm that they can run it on their PC (trying to figure it out on mine, but having a hard time with Unity still)
