@night-howler, the assembly notes (pcb/assembly_notes.md) should say that the pressure sensor (PS1) must be modified in order to fit on the bottom of the PCB when the prototype board is mounted on an Arduino Uno. The mounting holes must be removed. A note about the best way to do this would be helpful (ie hacksaw, dremel, etc.
I found that the mounting holes can be removed easily enough using diagonal cutters plus careful use of a razor blade for cleanup. After doing this, the parts all fit together well!
