Files in temporary areas should be prefixed with the username #35

While the installation is fundamentally monolithic, there are files that it places outside of the users' home directory, in /var/tmp/site for instance. In such cases, it should instead place them into a subdirectory under there to avoid a multi-user environment conflict.
