add tests for trigger feeds #2

trigger feeds were implemented in https://github.com/nimbella/aio-cli-plugin-runtime/commit/ef139936ae7a57bed681bddb3b9ebccf3788f808 but lack tests required to upstream the change.

there are also some additional operations to audit relative to the behavior of the wsk cli.

AIO has some recent changes that implement trigger feed support. We should drop our implementation for the AIO version and consolidate changes.
