As noted on Updated Design Highlights Pull Request I re-addressed image weight issues as Lighthouse scores on mobile were in Orange due to FCP & LCP issues. RespImageLint checks also failed on /design/ pages (despite passing earlier) 🤬.

Re-saved Thumnail images focusing on 2x sizes
Re-saved Hero images focusing on 2x sizes below 881px
Re-worked Hero images above 881px
Removed extra Hero image files
