Proposing to change to cdc.classification.all2 in the function. Alternative solution would be to provide a parameter to give an option for using cdc.classification.all or cdc.classification.all2.
In the desk reviews, we are now using cdc.classification.all2. However, the function is still using cdc.classification.all. Note that when the afp data is extracted using extract_country_data(), cdc.classification.all is not included in any of the AFP linelist. Additionally, afp.epi from raw.data also does not have this column.
