Flagging that extract_country_data() uses cdc.classification.all #74

There are two cdc classification variables: cdc.classification.all and cdc.classification.all2. Just flagging this in case this is not the intended behavior.

Per discussion we will proceed to use cdc.classification.all2 as the preferred column for analysis done on the export of extract_country_data().
