Alpine instructions #54

Added the instructions to install asn in Alpine Linux.

Hey @fcolista,

thanks for all your contributions! Could you please base the PR on the latest README version (I think this PR here wants to merge also the original dockerfile commits in #51)?

I'm not very familiar with Alpine release details, but would it be correct to change the current README from :

Alpine Linux (edge)

to

Alpine Linux (3.18 or newer)

since at least in Docker, I could install the asn package on a 3.18 base without any issues?
