added -n option to asn targets lookup (fix https://github.com/nitefood/asn/issues/57):

-n switch now disables additional INETNUM/origin lookups (.asnrc equivalent: ADDITIONAL_INETNUM_LOOKUP=true)
fixed counter bug in IPv4 lookup for target ASN
