Addition of ASN Manual Page and Contribution #66

I trust this message finds you well. Recently, while packaging the ASN tool for Debian, I observed that it lacked a manual in groff format. In order to enhance user experience, I took the initiative to develop a manual and integrated it into the Debian package.

I am reaching out to you to share this valuable addition and contribute it for potential inclusion into the official ASN repository. I strongly believe that integrating this manual into the project could greatly benefit the ASN user community, enriching the documentation and making it more accessible and comprehensive.

Users can easily access the manual page by utilizing the man asn command, providing them with a valuable and user-friendly reference.
