Consider adding IP2Location.io API for IP geolocation #69

Would you consider adding the IP2Location.io API as an option for retrieving IP geolocation data?

Without an API key, there is a limit of 500 queries per day. With the free API plan key (sign up at here), you can get 30,000 queries per month.

Hey @ip2location,

thanks for adding a no-key tier, the lack of which was a deal breaker (for the purpose of this script at least) in the past (as discussed in #46). I am always open to valid alternatives and will consider it in the future, but am closing the issue for now since it's not planned in the short term.
