Openzaak import is no longer working and fails on SQL errors

When starting the docker container the import of openzaak entries fails due to changes in the database.

Cause:
openzaak image was upgraded to 1.12.4 but the accompanying imports sql dumps were not.

Workaround:

• Temporarily change the version of openzaak to 1.8.1
• Compose up and wait for openzaak to initialise it's database.
• Delete the openzaak container from docker NB! DO NOT TOUCH THE DATABASE
• Change the version of openzaak back to 1.12.4
• Compose up OpenZaak 1.12.4 will start up and do the migrations on the already initialised database.

Resolution:
SQL Dumps need to be updated to be compatible with newer openzaak database layout.
