IM Capacitors should use ElectriCraft Energy Crystals #17

Should these replace Lead?

I think they should use Charged Certus Quartz Crystal. Maybe lower the rate of Charged Crystal..

Should note that top tier Energy Crystal is used to make RF battery that holds a TRF.

How should I gate MV, and HV Capacitors?
