Change Vat recipe for EndStone to use less Resonant Ender #44

Rotarycraft uses just 50mb per endstone.

Vat should also use 50mb, with 4 cobblestone.

While we are at it, add recipe for Resonant Ender by melting a Ender Lily seed.

Also change the Vat's Resonant Ender to Ender Pearl recipe to use just 200mb of ResEnder. Not sure if it should be every pearl but more than just the white one.

Vat uses 125mb per endstone.

If it was the same as Rotarycraft, I wouldn't bother with Rotarycraft, the vat is earlier in the tech tree.
