Update Recipes with new Requirements in mind.
The Steam Engines follow this recipe layout.

That is Head, Shaft, Gear, Piston.
Requires: Bronze, Vat Parts: Wood Planks, Thicken Glass, Bronze Gears, Piston.
In place of the Wood Planks that be Tin Plates?
Requires: Iron, Visited Nether Parts: Iron Plates, Iron Mechanical Component, Iron Gears, Piston.
Requires: Steel, Visited Nether Parts: Steel Plates, Steel Mechanical Component, Steel Gears, Piston.
Requires: Diamond, Creosote Oil, Parts Windmill: Treated Wood, Steel Rod Parts Kinetic Dynamo: Redstone, Steel Mechanical Component, copper Wire Block, Nickel Gear
