introduces SCALE2_ROTATE input type to allow transforming mobile gestures where two fingers are in contact with the touchscreen and rotate
expose rotationSensitivity/zoomSensitivity for FixedOrbitRotateInputHandlerDelegate
pass through timestamp and end velocity for scale events
