Tizen Native ML/Pipeline Sample App #3929

  1. Write a Tizen Native (6.0 ~ for-next compatible) Sample App.
  2. Use ML-Pipeline
  3. Do not process inter-filter data in app. Process everything in the pipeline. (Use decoder!)
  4. Do not use custom filters.
  5. Use lightweight models.
  6. Provide some GUI and demonstrative video output (for yet another "sample gif" for README)
  7. Publish via Tizen Studio.
