Change "Miscellaneous" class group to something like "Default" #15

This sounds nice. One thing that could also be considered is if there are no groups, to just have the html output all the directories without this extra level of hierarchy. Seems like it could be a good first issue for a first time contributor =) If I have time, I'd love to help out with a PR but just thought I'd put it out there for anyone who is free.

Allow naming the default group in the config file, defaulting to "Miscellaneous" but letting that be overridden.
