Update next data fetching functionality

We should merge in some of the good ideas of the Cake project into the create-ignite-app boilerplate, specifically:

• [x] getBlockProps functionality to allow blocks to fetch their own data
• [x] add environment variable provisioning using 1password cli
• [x] add typescript support (mainly for utils and data fetching where type safety is extra important)
