Preliminary Work: Read up on different apps to gather features and their implementation #3

Specifically:

1) The app is a wrapper around any students boardgame app. Read the %dbug library, and understand+extract the basic code framework to do this.

2) We need a Sail Page to display our board state. Read paldev app code to understand the arvo calls to serve a sail page, and bind it to our app.

3) Investigate different boardgame structures.

This was for the project "bid" all the way back in December. We had not agreed to anything by this point. Quite a few hours were spent reading the code for various Hoon projects and playing around. This was done leisurely (read: not efficiently) for fun, as there were no expectations. Time estimate: N/A
