SLURM is not particularly good at prioritizing jobs within one allocation. It would be great to have another allocation towards Colossus queue for p33 users. We need to internally agree how to logically split jobs in p33 into jobs with distinct purpose (e.g.. "UKB neuroimaging low-level processing" and "everything else", and setup it's own allocation (e.g. "p33-ukb") for that purpose.
