Monitor disk space usage on /cluster #51

We are currently using 550 out of 600 TB of disk on /cluster, and this has grown very fast in the last 6 month. Monitoring via "du" is very slow on so large volumes, but I think there is another way to do this on TSD. I'll forward more info via e-mail.

Also I think it's good to design a dashboard showing the status. I've started collecting some data via cronjob(s), see more info here - https://github.com/norment/tsd_monitoring .
