Threshold wasn't working, chaos recipe section at top was being overwritten by lower sections. Moved chaos recipe section towards the bottom.

Optional lower-tier currency filter has been added which also shows chrome recipes, as these were being hidden prior.

Fixed pernarch->pernach.
