too much stuff appears at the same time, we should animate it properly

[ ] players should be able to see the battlefield, then read the game's title, then read its description
[x] all players should be ready before proceeding
[ ] players should be able to follow their ship from the ready wheel to the battlefield
[ ] if an intro is played (e.g., a diamond is spawned or cards are revealed) we then need a start! message (maybe we need it anyway)
