Add interstitial loading screens #2

Right now, the site doesn't offer any indication to the user when new data is being loaded - pretty ugly with slow load times. A few spinners would go a long way.

Added a few - there might be a few more places where this would be appropriate. Haven't added to the Index page yet, for example. Keeping open until I've done so.
