header will be from the main index page

HTML- I'll create a main div with a description of our company's history. It will be 2 paragraphs. Within that div will be a picture that will float to the right of the verbiage. text will go around picture.

CSS - the main div will have the background of a color that will hold the text and pic. I'll add a border around it to give a nice transition to the text

The footer will be pulled from the index page
