bf:formDesignation #207

The domain of bf:formDesignation is defined as bf:Title, but this seems wrong. The property currently appears in Instance, and the domain should be Instance or perhaps Work.

This is a known problem-- it should be Work and this falls under changes being proposed for genre and form categories.
