Field 321 (Former Publication Frequency) is not converted.

For example,

310 |a Monthly, |b 1914-17 321 |a Bimonthly, |b 1869-1913 321 __ |a Quarterly, |b 1834-68

gives

bf:frequencyNote "Monthly, 1914-17" ;

bf:frequencyNote is defined as current or former publication frequency.
