Converter produces some blank nodes when usebnodes=false #245

When usebnodes=true, blank nodes rather than URIs are generated for all Resources other than bf:Work. When usebnodes=false, URIs are generated for some ypes, such as bf:Instance, but blank nodes are still generated for other types, such as bf:Authority, bf:Identifier, bf:Annotation, etc.

Is this working as designed, and if so, what is the rationale behind generating blank nodes for some types when usebnodes=false?

I'll look into this further, but in general I think we have blank nodes no matter what when the node doesn't really make sense as a standalone resource (for example, Provider). We're in process of overhauling the data structures, and we'll take this note into account in that . Thanks!
