Email being sent repeatedly to repodev box

We shouldn't emails from dev/test but apparently that's happening (see the "Received: by bquinn2013-mac.local" above). Karen is making an issue for this now.

Chris and I discussed this issue and we feel like since it's not causing any serious problems we're going to leave it for now. Will come back to this in a few weeks if time allows.
