Split ahte1237-1

There are some dialectical differences on numbers. ( Central Ahtna, Middle Ahtna, Lower Ahtna and Upper Ahtna bands)

This should be split into three dialects based on the comments in the csv file e.g.

ahte1237-1-1-1 |   | ahte1237-1 | 1 | tsʼełk’ey | tsʼełk’ey | [] | ( C, M)

...should be added to new lists for the C and M dialects

Now I've noticed ahte1237-1-50-1 should be split into two entries:

ahte1237-1-50-1 |   | ahte1237-1 | 50 | ʼałts’en xundelaayi (L, C) ʼałts’eni deztaan | ʼałts’en xundelaayi (L, C) ʼałts’eni deztaan

I can fix it together with #118 before you split it further into dialects.
