Added indexer and location features #2

Changed schema (tags now have an inheritance attribute, location added on root level)
Changed the document format storage in CloudSearch, tags are now separated per type e.g. geo, tile, hotel, ... this because of the 1024 limitation on a single literal-array
Trigger inheritance updates, when new tags are added parents will inherit the tag too

TODO:

Add more tests
clean-up examples
clean-up fixtures
AWS Lambda Helper needs to be updated.
