Fix codegen error with invalid security scheme name

PR 258 caused a regression where security schemes with an invalid character in their name would break generated code. Sanitize the names during code emission.

Request handlers, Chi improvements, bug fixes

  • Request validation in Chi server
  • All generated client functions can now take a request editor
  • Updated Chi, Echo and kin-openapi module deps
  • Allow custom types with a binder interface for binding params

Chi middleware and bug fixes

Merged a few pull requests.

  • Chi server allows for middleware functions
  • Fix a bug in operations which have only cookie parameters
  • Detect non-string enums and report an error instead of crashing
