Repo has both yarn.lock and package-lock.json #43

I am pretty sure that we should use either yarn.lock or package-lock.json. Also, docs should be updated about development process and which tool to use.

Yes yarn.lock is extra, i have just removed it.

As for docs everyone is welcome to add if they see something is missing.
