1.) Added several changes to git ignore to ignore dependenices that get automatically generated at creation like your static files from bootstrap or builtin scss modules.
2.) Created Unit Test for testing to search for a log file, checking to see if correct dictionary is returned in said instance and also that is correctly returning a dictionary of the right type (need to check and create 2 mock instances of a bad version and a first time process)
