Added missing MIT license file #28

I was collating a list of SBOM tools, scrolling through CycloneDX Tool Center, and noticed that this repo. was missing its MIT License file that was referenced to in the readme. I generated the missing file via GitHub's built-in generator, and specified "NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital" as its owner following the footer from https://www.nyp.org/. I also removed the .md extension as there is no markdown formatting present in the generated file, nor was the .md extension provided post-generation.
