Add SBOM to releases page #3

The SBOM(s) for the release should be added to the assets on the releases page (https://github.com/nyph-infosec/daggerboard/releases/tag/v1.0.0).

Cobbler's children shouldn't go barefoot :-)

Good catch - SBOMs have been added for the Docker image and app.
