Update headers to 8.0 filing spec #6

I updated the source headers and regenerated the mappings for FEC electronic filing spec 8.0. There were no field changes, only updates to validation messages.

This is great, thanks Jason! I was preparing this addition but in-house work on the filings has intervened. Will check this out at the soonest opportunity.

No prob. I maybe have jumped the gun a little on the mappings though. It looks like FEC dropped all the category purpose codes but left this change out of their changelog. It looks like "contribution purpose code" was dropped from Schedule A, and expenditure purpose code was dropped from Schedules B,D,F, and H4. I noticed because all my contributor employers were getting hosed up for V8 filings. I'll submit another pull with corrected mappings when I've got some time later this week.

BTW really excellent work on Fech - so much easier to work with than my library.

Yep, I noticed that on Thursday, too. Those columns weren't being used, so it makes sense, but it was a little jarring :-)
