Add music streaming to missing platforms #306

(MOD EDIT): MP3 streaming is not a feature on glQuake & Quakespasm builds (3DS, NX, VITA).

Expected behavior (MOD EDIT): Menu music plays in the menu, along with music easter eggs

This is a feature request, not a bug. Additionally, the menu music is absent in Quakespasm as well.

Please keep reports to the point. People will not take your report seriously if you do not also take it seriously. Thanks.

I went ahead and edited this issue to clear out the aforementioned complaint. Subsequent issues like this will just be closed, please adhere to decent bug report courtesy, thanks!
