Legacy light sprites have incorrect offset #727

Describe the bug The place models for the light glow is incorrectly placed, so it's above the light and clipping into the ceiling

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Open map Corner
  2. Look at lights

Expected behavior They should be correctly aligned
