[SERVER] Double Points applies to Teddy Bear Mystery Box Refund #775

Describe the bug When rolling the mystery box, if you get a teddy bear while double points is active, you get a double refund (free money exploit)

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Collect Double Points power-up
  2. Spin Mystery Box
  3. Get Teddy Bear
  4. Get 950 point refund twice

Expected behavior only one 950 point refund

Screenshots/Footage Was not running screen capture as not expecting edge case type behaviour

Affected Platforms Tested on Windows x64 (FTEQW) NOT tested on any other platform (due to unlikely reproduction requirements)

I've never noticed such behaviour in any official release.
