Implement NZ:P style menu

Describe the bug the "customize controls" menu just has default quake options, without NZP specific stuff for rebinding

also button icons aren't used when setting the controls

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. open settings
2. open customized controls

Expected behavior the list to have NZP specific controls, and to use button icons
