Describe the bug Sprites without the fullbright spawn flag are rendered as fullbright

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Expected behavior The sprite to use the local lighting to determine light values

I have only tested Vita and 3ds, but its likely PSP has this as well
Confirming R_LightPoint not used in dQuake either.
