Fullbright no longer functional #929

Describe the bug

The angle of the weapon_wall seems to affect how the outline of the weapon looks.

To Reproduce

  1. Download attached .zip and load in latest build of NZP for Windows
  2. Walk around the weapon outlines and observe changes

Alternatively you can also check in the web version, "House" and "Hangar" are good choices as they have different angles for their weapon_walls.

Expected behavior Weapon outlines to always be white.

Affected Platforms FTE (Windows, WebGL)

Doesn't seem to affect PSP (tested via PPSSPP)

Untested on Vita, Switch, 3DS

Additional context

Didn't happen in the 2.0.0-indev+20240705071819 build for Windows. The yellow outline seen in "House" seems to be unique to that map. That also didn't happen in the 2.0.0-indev+20240705071819 build for Windows.

Looks like fullbright isn't working properly.
