3/4 Projects would have technically rejected their funding, and I doubt that this is the case.
We need to improve Comms/Intuition around this.
Technicalities:
We also rolled back "Min USD Requested" getting applied in the calculation, when QF was reverted, and removed from R16.
This parameter, mostly applied to that update, to remove projects that receive 1 OCEAN.
DoD:
Form should bring a lot of attention to this field. Perhaps, this should be in red, or in some other way to draw attention.
Set default to 0. Make it so that when users change this field, they see a dialog/popup to confirm they understand that: "Changing this value has potential, negative financial implications."
