[Prod][Bug] - Updating Minimum Funding Requested is throwing some errors and keeping users from successfully updating it.

Problem

Hi - I am traveling and will not have time to do a proper bug report in the near future, but a quick note: When I am doing a proposal update and set my Minimum Funding Requested to 0 (zero), I get a silent failure to update - it says the proposal was updated successfully, but the Discourse post is not updated and when I view the proposal again (in the seed portal) it has reset the minimum to 1 or 2 or whatever it was set to before.
