A lot of improvements and developments have taken place in Seed, however, most of these processes and discussions have been done internally.
Towards a solution:
Make this information available outside of DMs.
Do very basic documentation (and ongoing, as we discuss things live) so we can provide some basic information on the project.
DoD:

[ ] Document .env, building / running
[ ] Document configuring redis/backup cron
[ ] Document deploying placeholder proposals, or other scripts. (1-line)
[ ] Document basic staging -> prod workflows
[ ] Document setting up local environment for FE development
[ ] FAQs / How to: Change your admin wallet, earmark, submit bugs, etc...
